Karl Blosfeldt Framed Photograph

Photogravure print of a Karl Blosfeldt photo, from his 1929 series Urformen der Kundt (Art Forms in Plants). Blosfeldt was a pioneer in macro photography, magnifying his subjects up to 30x their normal size. In doing so, he was able to display the abstract and architectural shapes of plants.
