Weatherly Design, LLC respects the privacy of our customers and never shares or sells any personal information with third parties except for the purpose of processing your order payment and as required by law. Weatherly Design will only contact you by phone or email in the event of a problem with a web order placed via our online store.

All transactions are processed through Shopify and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

At the time of checkout you have the option of joining the Weatherly Design mailing list. We send out new emails seasonally. When we are having an event or introducing some new stock, we may send out additional emails. You have the option to discontinue these emails at any time by following the link at the bottom of every email.
