"Amorous Sailor", a signed pochoir print by Emery Kelen, New York, 1950.  Emery Kelen (1896 - 1978) was a Hungarian illustrator & caricaturist who worked in Europe during the interwar years (20's - 30's) & in the US after '38 for Esquire, The New York Times & The Washington Post.  Very good condition & newly framed in museum quality matting.
